You can export all of your sites, either active or inactive, into a format that you can further manipulate. For example you may want to sort them in postcode order.

To export all sites

1. On the Home page, choose Reports and then Sites
2. Select either active or inactive sites
3. All of the sites are displayed. To export the report to excel and manipulate the data see Working with Reports and Export a report
